Miss Fernandes would like to welcome you and your child to Reception. We hope that your child will enjoy their time in Reception, building on the skills and knowledge they have learnt in Nursery. We aim to ensure that every child feels happy and safe and is successful in achieving their best and making good progress throughout the year.
It is important that our children learn through cross-curricular links and real experiences. We appreciate that children learn by doing and being able to take an active part in their learning, which will enable them to build effectively on their interests and previous experiences.
