Mosaic Jewish Primary School, opened in September 2013, is looking to appoint an individual with flair, commitment and passion. The individual will be key in helping to set up and steer the school into the future, promoting our Jewish ethos and building a school of which the community can be proud. The post holder will need to ensure a safe, clean, warm and secure school environment.

We are looking for an individual to join our team who:

  • Has relevant experience of caretaking, cleaning and or small repairs work.
  • Has a flexible approach to work
  • Is willing to undertake necessary training.  (including First Aid)
  • Values every child and the cultural diversity of our school.
  • Is well motivated, friendly & sympathetic to staff, parents and children.
  • Diligent with performing Health and Safety Checks.

You will possess the skills to work well within a team, including children, staff, governors, parents and the wider community

The school opened in September 2013 with one reception class and will move to Roehampton in September 2015 to a new purpose built where there will be 2 reception classes and the school will begin to grow to its full capacity of 420 children by 2019.

Mosaic Jewish Primary School is looking to appoint inspirational individuals to join our team assisting with the PPA cover.

The successful candidates will have excellent subject knowledge and a good rapport with pupils and be keen to become part of a hardworking team implemented.

Dance teacher is required to:

  1. To teach dance as part of the National Curriculum for PE to individuals, groups and whole classes; to offer activities in relation to wider opportunities and to take responsibility for the dance elements of projects.

Music teacher is required to:

1     To teach music to early years and Key Stage 1 class as required

2     To lead whole school singing once a week

3     To teach small groups for extra curricular activities such as recorders, orchestra and choir

The ideal candidate will have the following strengths:

  • Excellent KS1 practitioner, confident in early years.
  • Ability to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower colleagues to carry the school’s vision forward
  • Preparedness and ability to implement our Jewish ethos
