Consultation launched

As always its been a busy few weeks at the school.

We have been forging ahead with planning the learning environments for both the inside and outside the classroom. We have had meetings planned with a range of companies to plan furniture layouts including beautiful home and book corners. We are really looking forward to sharing with you and your children how we will use wi-fi access outdoors as well as in the classroom.  This will enable your children to carry out some great research and investigations following discoveries they will have made outside.

In addition we have launched (1st March) the school’s six-week Statutory Consultation. This is a legal requirement for all Free Schools and a chance for people to share their views. We are keen to know your opinions on both the broad proposal and our ethos. You can fill out our questionnaire online, in print, or email us at consultation@sljps.org.uk. You can also leave a message on 0845 257 5070 and we will note your comments or call you back to discuss. The consultation ends on the 12th April 2013.

You are also welcome to join either of our drop in events coming up to discuss the school in more detail:
9.30am-11.30am on Wednesday 13th March, Open Door Community Centre, Keevil Drive, Beaumont Road, London SW19 6TF
7.30pm-9.30pm on Tuesday 19th March at Southfields Library, Meeting Room, 300 Wimbledon Park Road, London SW19 6NL
